Hip-hop crowd was Sunday nights, not sure if it still is. Good music but the place is pretty small and it gets packed. Good thing it's a multi-level so you can move around. (over 3 years ago)
So this is the first lounge with all retro dance and house music playing all night I've been to in DC--it's hard to dance to this stuff, but it's a good place to chill. With plenty of couches and patio chairs set up in front of the lounge, guests can lounge outside on a warm DC night or head inside for drinks and dancing. We got table service--it was $200 for a bottle of Absolut and $275 for Goose. Since it was a birthday bash, they tightened the tip of the vodka bottle with a sparkler, a snazzy touch, and served it up with OJ, cranberry juice, and Red Bull. There are only four bathrooms (2 women, 2 men) in the entire place, so be ready to wait! Oh, and if you think lemon drops are weak , think again. Lima has a version of their own...
